BOARD MEBERS:
The present board members are basically from operational area with different professions and experiences .They are being dedicated to bring changes in the lives of the people of the Society.
PRESIDENT:
Mr Manas Ranjan Singh the current president of the organization who is an advocate by profession and human right activists and defender with more than 30 years of experiences dealing with civil and criminal cases. He is also the member of Human rights and law network in National level. He has completed M.A in IRMP, M.A in English and LLB. .He has been helping the neediest, poor, and tribal, dalit and other marginalized communities for their legal rights and justice. He has been a great supporter in dealing legal matters of the organization.
VICE-PRESIDENT:
Mrs Subasini Singh is the women social worker by profession with more than 20 years of experiences. She has completed her master degree in social work(MSW).She has been worked with different grass root level organizations in state level such as Catholic Charity, Janavikas, VICALP, PREM etc as a women coordinator with different projects for socio-political-economical empowerment of the women in rural area. She is also expertise in providing capacity building trainings to rural women and she has profound knowledge on women rights and promotion of various economic developmental activities among women.
She is a great resource for the organization as well.
SECRETARY
Mr. Dilip Sobha Sundar, is one of the founder members of the organization , currently serving the organization as secretary-cum-Director. He has completed his Master Degree in Social work (MSW) and having more than 25 years of experiences in social development sector. He has worked for 15 years under different reputed state and national level NGOs in responsible posts and have been acquired a vast experiences in managing and implementing many developmental programmes . He has also under gone with multiple social work related trainings, workshops and exposure in national and international level He is a good resource person provides many social development trainings. He is a member of Asia Peace Network as
well as Odisha Peace Network.
JOINT SECRETARY:
Mr Bibhu Chandra Nayak who is a social activist serving the NGO as a Joint Secretary. He has completed his bachelor degree in commerce (B.Com) and has acquired vast experiences working with some reputed state level NGOs for more than 25 years. Some of the NGOs where he worked with were PREM, IGSS, ASHIS, SFDC and others. He is a very skillful, active community organizer, coordinator and document manager worked with different projects successfully.
TREASURER:
Mr. Samanta Ch. Nayak took charge as the Treasurer of SAHANUBHUTI on 2nd May 2025, following the untimely passing of Late Mr. Ramesh Majhi. With over two decades of experience in the development sector, Mr. Nayak brings a rich blend of educational leadership and grassroots engagement. He currently serves as the Principal of Karuna Shanti College in Berhampur, Ganjam district, Odisha, where he is widely respected for his progressive vision and commitment to holistic and inclusive education. His work has consistently focused on community empowerment, social justice, and youth development, making him a well-regarded figure in both academic and development circles .Beyond his administrative responsibilities, Mr. Nayak is a dynamic motivational speaker and trainer, specializing in leadership, communication, fundraising, and career guidance. He also gained international exposure through the FK-Norway exchange programme in Nepal, where he deepened his understanding of peace building, conflict transformation, and intercultural collaboration. This global experience, combined with his grassroots expertise, enables him to contribute to SAHANUBHUTI’s mission with dedication, strategic insight, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
MEMBER:
Mrs Saktini Behera is one of the G.B members of the organization. She has completed her master degree in Social work. She is a women social activist by profession. She has vast experiences in women development sectors for more than fifteen years. Basically she works among rural women for their rights and justice and empowering them for their economic, social and political power. She has worked with different reputed state level NGOs such as JANAVIKAS, SFDC, AINA ,JAGRUTI etc.
MEMBER:
Mrs Suchitra Behera is another G.B member of the organization. She has completed her Master Degree in History (MA in History). She has been working in a private science college for more than ten years. She is having vast experiences in managing and developing the educational institutions .She is also very skillful in documentation and building public relations.
